My VIP Days are for one day, 7 straight hours. This is a big time commitment, and we have to get some Pre-Work done first, so don’t worry. We’ll get our calendars together and schedule a time that fits our schedules.
Most importantly, you’re paying for a quick turnaround, and my time and expertise in a short amount of time: 7 hours, in one day. While I can’t guarantee everything will go to plan, you can expect to receive a completed brand suite at the end of our time together.
I don’t have a limit, but for the sake of time and that old saying, “too many cooks in the kitchen”, I do recommend you bring yourself and maybe one other person to our virtual meetings. However, if you need to bounce ideas off of more people throughout the day, please feel free!
My VIP Days are completely virtual. We’ll correspond via email and text, and meet via video chat. This gives me time and space to create, and you time and space to process and give feedback.
VIP Brand Design days are for new and established brands alike. As long as you can get through the Pre-Work and provide the details I need, we’re golden!
The Pre-Work in a nutshell includes questions about your brand, so that I can get to know it better – in order to create the brand that’s just right for you. You’ll have the Brand Interview, which is a series of questions, as well as the Brand Strategy Framework Template to fill out. You’ll provide details on things like your ideal audience, your market, your unique value proposition, and more. Don’t worry though! The Brand Strategy Framework Template is designed to help you figure these things out, if you don’t already know the answers.
You’ll get the Brand Strategy Framework Template to help you learn about your brand, and you’ll get the Brand Consitency Class to help you implement it with confidence!
Please except at least 3-4 weeks from time of booking to your scheduled VIP Brand Design Day. We need to give you enough time to complete the Pre-Work before the day!

We will have open communication and be in talks all day long. We’ll have scheduled touchpoints and virtual check-ins, too, but you’ll be able to send me a text any time you have a thought!
Yes, I do provide Post-VIP Day Support for 14 days following your VIP Day.
The Pre-Work is absolutely KEY to getting to the bottom of your brand. It will help you answer all the questions and give me the necessary information in order to create. The nature of a VIP Day is that it’s a very short amount of time, and I can’t possibly learn everything that same day AND design a new brand identity for you. I’ve designed the Pre-Work to be completed ahead of time, so that when your VIP day comes, I can hit the ground running and create!
Oh yes – and this is such a huge deal. I’ve seen it before, where lovely brands are made but they aren’t used consistently, so I had to do something about it. This is where the Brand Consistency Class comes in. It’s my mini crash-course solution for you to learn how to apply your new brand consistently and with confidence.
If you know your brand, but you’re short on time and have GOT to get it together, this is for you. If you’re not afraid to dig a little deeper into the weeds and you’re willing to do the pre-work necessary to make this a success, this is for you.
